When and where is the upper cervical seminar?
December 4 and 5, 2026 at The Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia, just north of Atlanta. It opens Friday evening and the training runs all day Saturday. On Sunday morning, anyone who wants to meets up for brunch before heading home. The brunch is informal: not catered and not part of the ticket.
Who is this certification for?
Licensed chiropractors who want to learn an upper cervical technique they can use Monday morning, and chiropractic students who want to learn it early, from the source. You can keep your full spine work and add the knee chest specific to it.
What will I learn?
The knee chest toggle recoil adjustment, the knee chest posture, the palpation map and contact points, the atlas and axis listings, the Kale x-ray series and line drawing, instrumentation with pre and post checks, and the practice systems Dr. Kale used to run a practice patients come back to.
How do I become Kale Certified?
Come to both days and do the work with Dr. Kale. You earn your Kale Upper Cervical Certification when Dr. Kale signs off on your work at the seminar.
What is included with my ticket?
Both days hands on with Dr. Kale, the Kale manuals, your certification when Dr. Kale signs off on your work, and lifetime access to the online training portal so you can review everything at home. Certified doctors are added to the Find a Doctor directory patients search.
I am a student. Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Come now on the student ticket, and once you are licensed, you can upgrade to the full doctor certification for $2,500.
Will this help me grow my practice?
Saturday afternoon is the practice success module: how Dr. Kale explained his findings, set up rechecks, and taught patients the spark, fuel, and air tripod so they stayed with him. Results depend on the doctor, and no income is promised.
Is there a deposit or a payment plan?
No. Every ticket is paid in full at checkout, and your seat is locked in the moment you pay. If your plans change, the Refund Policy covers refunds, handing your seat to a colleague, and moving to the next seminar.
How do I get my seat?
Get your ticket on this page. Your seat is locked in when your ticket is paid. Rather talk first? Use the call request form on this page and Dr. Kale or his team calls you back. This class only happens live.
Does the seminar offer CE credits?
No. The seminar is not currently approved for continuing education (CE) credit. The Kale Certification is a private certification from Dr. Kale, not a continuing education course.
Is the certification a license?
No. The Kale Certification recognizes that you completed Dr. Kale's course. It is not a state license and it does not change your scope of practice.
