These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Kale Consulting Firm, LLC, operating as Dr. Randy Kale ("we," "us," "our"). The company is owned by Randolph Kale, known as Dr. Randy Kale. They govern your use of drrandykale.com and our seminars, certification programs, products, and communications. By using our services, registering for a seminar, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Text messages (A2P messaging)

The Dr. Randy Kale messaging program sends updates about seminars, certification, products, and educational insights, and messages about your registration or order. You opt in by checking a text consent box on one of our forms or by texting a keyword such as START. Texting consent is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to receive text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. Services

We provide professional chiropractic education and resources, including the Kale Upper Cervical Technique certification, training materials, chiropractic instruments and equipment, and consulting. Our services are intended primarily for licensed chiropractors and chiropractic students.

3. Educational disclaimer

Our seminars, materials, and products are for educational and professional-development purposes for chiropractors and students. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for the public. You are responsible for your own clinical decisions and for practicing within your license and applicable law. See our Disclaimer.

4. Registration and payment

Provide accurate information when you register or buy. Seminar tickets, private training, and tools are paid in full at checkout; we do not take deposits or offer payment plans. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors. Seating is limited. Refunds, transfers, and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Certification

The Kale Certification recognizes completion of Dr. Kale's course of instruction. It is not a government, state board, or accredited-body license, it does not authorize anyone to practice, and it does not replace or expand any license or scope of practice. You earn your Kale Certification when Dr. Kale signs off on your work. Our seminars and the Kale Certification are not currently approved for continuing education (CE) credit.

6. Intellectual property

All content, including videos, manuals, the Kale curriculum, logos, and materials, is proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark. Do not copy or distribute it without written permission.

7. Hands-on training

Live seminars and private training are hands on: palpation, knee chest positioning, and adjusting drills, and at the seminar attendees practice adjusting on each other under Dr. Kale's supervision. Taking part is your choice. Tell the instructor before you start about any condition that should keep you off the table, and you may sit out any part at any time. Before any hands-on work, every seminar attendee and every private training student signs our participation form. We send it after you pay. You accept the ordinary risks of hands-on training.

8. Photos and video at our events

We photograph and film our seminars and may use photos and video of the room, including attendees, on our website, in ads, and in other promotion of future programs. Before the seminar, every attendee gets a consent form with three choices: feature me, film the room but do not feature me, or leave me out. We follow the choice on your form, and you can change it by writing to us before the event.

9. Tools and equipment

Each tool is handmade to order, so wood grain and finish vary. Lead times are estimates: about 6 to 8 weeks for the knee chest table, and about 4 weeks or sooner for the Torque and Toggle Training Tool and the Speeder Board. Sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. Shipping is not included in the listed price: ask us about shipping to your address before you buy, and we confirm your shipping address and cost with you after your order. Our tools do not come with a written warranty. If something goes wrong with yours, contact Dr. Kale's team and we will handle it with you directly. You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece, and you pay the return shipping: a piece that comes back in brand new condition with no damage is refunded in full less the card processing fee, and a piece that comes back damaged is refunded in part, depending on the damage. Returns and shipping damage are covered in our Refund Policy. Use each tool only as taught.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our programs or products is limited to the amount you paid for that program or product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income, lost patients, or travel costs.

11. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use what you learn and the tools you buy, in your own practice and under your own license. You agree to cover Kale Consulting Firm, LLC and Dr. Randolph "Randy" Kale for claims, costs, and losses that come from your own clinical work, or from using a tool or technique in a way it was not taught.

12. Problems and disputes

If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us first at [email protected] or (864) 205-6104. We answer every request personally and will work to make it right. Please give us that chance before you open a dispute with your card company.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, where Dr. Kale teaches and our business is based. Any dispute we cannot settle together will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. A purchase you already made stays under the Terms in place on the day you bought it.
