Dr. Randy Kale and Kale Consulting Firm, LLC respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, seminars, products, and communications.

1. Information we collect

When you register, apply, buy, or subscribe, we may collect your name, email, phone, billing address, and your form answers. Payment details are handled by secure third-party processors; we do not store full payment credentials. We may also collect technical data (IP address, pages viewed, device) to improve the site. If you attend a seminar, photos and video of the room may include you, as described in our Terms and the consent form every attendee gets, and you can choose to be left out.

2. Cookies and analytics

Our website and the providers that run it may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your choices, and measure visits. If we advertise online, ad platforms such as Google or Meta may use their own cookies or pixels to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

3. How we use it

To provide seminars, certification, and products; process registrations and payments; send updates and reminders by email or text; answer your questions; and stay compliant.

4. Text messages and mobile data

We follow CTIA and TCPA standards. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Mobile data may be shared only with the text messaging provider that runs the service for us. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time.

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the business (payments, email and text, customer service) or when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your information.

6. Find a Doctor listings

Our directory lists doctors trained in the Kale Upper Cervical Technique by name and city only. To update or remove a listing, contact us.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer you, run our programs, keep required business records, or meet the law.

8. Children

This site is for chiropractors, chiropractic students, and adults looking for care. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

You may access, update, or ask us to delete your data, withdraw consent for non-essential messages, or opt out of text messages. Contact [email protected].
